Customer Service and Ordering by Telephone

Delivery Service

How long do I have to wait for delivery?
We undertake to deliver goods from stock within three working days. We allow one day processing your order and 1-2days to deliver. If items are unavoidably out of stock, we will notify you of the anticipated delivery date. At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, we may take a little longer to turn round your order, but the delay will be kept to a minimum.

Postal Charges
Order under 1kg in weight are sent by Royal Mail. Postage and Packaging is £5

Courier Charges
Orders over 1kg are sent by Fastway Couriers on a 24 hour service. Orders up to 25kilos to mainland UK cost £5.95

Please advise us of any special delivery instructions (eg leave in shed/garage/leave with neighbour at number XX etc).

Security

What security do I have for my credit card details?
We use Paypal as our payment service. This allows us to accepts all major credit cards with the added safety and backup of the Paypal system.

What information do you retain?
We do not store your credit card details. We will retain your customer details only in such form as you agree to by asking us to open an account with us. You may ask at any time to cancel the account if you wish.

Returns

Returns are always accepted, provided we receive proof of purchase together with the unused goods including all original packaging, postage paid, in good condition. We will then issue full refund* for the returned goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

*We regret that we are not able to reimburse any postage or carriage charges.

Damaged goods

Please inspect the goods on receipt. Should anything be damaged, contact us immediately. Return the imperfect items as soon as possible so that we may claim from the delivery company. Subject to availability, we will forward replacements immediately.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Gift Wrapping

You consignment will be presented nicely to the recipient, but you may care to use our gift wrapping service. We wrap with cellophane and ribbon before placing in tissue and bag. We charge £1.50 for this service.

• Our on line payment procedure requires the usual information. Please note that we reserve the right to verify the information given, including using random telephoning
